Hypnosis is a natural and effective technique for unleashing our potential, changing our unwanted habits and behaviours and finding solutions to our problems and concerns.
I use a variety of theories and strategies while you are in trance, which I mix and match depending on what your worries are, what you want to achieve, how you process things and your personality. I then adapt each session in order for you to gain insight, movement and to help you achieve your goals.
I trained in three different theories; Solution Focused, CBT and Ericksonian in order to complement my counselling. Hypnotherapy enables me to tackle some issues that counselling cannot always get too and vice versa.
