Counselling:

​

Counselling is a talking therapy that involves me listening and supporting you without judgment or criticism in order to help you find ways to deal with your emotional issues. I chose to train in three different theories in Counselling; Person Centred, Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) as we are all unique and one theory doesn’t fit us all.

In order to be able to carry out more short term work I have further trained in Solution Focused, Transactional Analysis (TA) and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).

Counselling can help a number of issues including;

​

Anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, low confidence, anger, childhood issues,

relationship issues, life crisis, bereavement, trauma, domestic violence, loss,

perimenopause and menopause symptoms and I  just don't seem to be

able to cope!
