EYE MOVEMENT DESENSITIZATION AND REPROCESSING.

Our brains are designed to process life events, but sometimes a traumatic event a distressing life experience can cause a blockage an imbalance which can result in suffering both mentally and physically.

EMDR helps to process these negative images, emotions, beliefs and body sensations associated with these traumatic, distressing memories in order to aid self healing.
